Savage THW Mashup

A few months ago I tried a Savage Worlds / Chain Reaction mashup; the eventual intent was to create a hybrid campaign, using THW to create the story arc and manoeuvre NPCs for an otherwise-normal SW setting.

This worked suprisingly well, but figures spent a lot of time failing activations. After some thought, I think the simplest way to fix this is to adjust the Rep I use for a SW figure from half Spirit to half Spirit plus one.

Thus, the archtypical Soldier ally (p. 99), with Spirit d6, would have Rep 4, not Rep 3 as I used last time. Much better. I shall try that again when time and inclination permit.
